Before you actually buy the home, you will have time to repair your credit and improve your chances to find the best financing available!. We will get you a monthly payment you can be comfortable with and work on building a record that help you get your mortgage when the time is right.
You just have to pay an Option Deposit. This money will be credited in its entirety towards the down payment of your home when you exercise your option to buy so you don't loose a single penny!. The deposit is negotiable and normally in the range of 3%-5% of the purchase price of the home. |

Work-For-Equity Program
Here is your chance to create real Sweat-Equity, if you have the knowledge base or technical skills to perform home repairs (such as construction background, carpentry, plumbering and the like), you could qualify for our Work-For-Equity Program.
You see... Sometimes properties that we just acquired or that have been returned to our inventory, need some sort of repairs. Sometimes the repairs are quite small such as cosmetic repairs including paint and carpet. In other cases the repairs are quite major, such as roof repairs or replacement, basement leaks or foundation repairs, window and door repairs or replacement and repair or replacement of systems like heating and air, plumbing and electrical. If you have the technical qualifications, you can provide work in exchange for credit toward the purchase of the option to buy the property or the down payment on the home... it's a handyman dream!
